NVisionU’s 30-Day Shot of Alive Challenge is a whole-body, nutritional challenge designed to empower visionary builders and the NVU community with accountability for healthy change.The Shot of Alive challenge is different from other nutritional challenges. Whether your goal is to look better, feel better, eat better, or move better, this is your opportunity to change your life for the great, whatever your goals may be.

The NVisionU 30-Day Alive Challenge is a 30-day whole-body, nutritional challenge for NVisionU Visionary Builders. Participants submit four before photos and use Alive products (at least 500 QV, we encourage 125 QV every 7 days) for 4 weeks. Participants will be required to submit progress photos within two weeks of their Challenge end date.
At this point, they will be given the option to opt in to the judging process. If they opt in, they will be required to submit a 250-to-500-word essay . In addition to the essay, depending on the date the participant finishes their Challenge and uploads their materials, they may be required to submit maintenance photos.
The Challenge is open to anyone 18 years of age or older.
